The room was big and luxurious. I had a really good stay for a business trip. The hotel also offered wake-up service.

The location is infront of the public beach

Toilets has no towels, and the service is quite bad, and they dont accept visa or master-card only national atm cards

Location just next door to Farasan island, the sea, and restaurant. Big beds, a refrigerator, a seating area and ironing facilities in the room. Thanks to the helpful staff everything was good, including a wide array ofoutstanding food.

I wanted to delay the check out time as my flight was a bit late, and I was shocked to raelize tha they might delay it for 3 hours proivided that I pay half a night charge. This is not convenient for business travelers.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, overlooking the beach and providing stunning sea views from the spacious rooms. It was wonderful to wake up to such a beautiful sight. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to assist me with any questions or requests I had, and their English language skills were impressive. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste.

Room maintenance could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay at Al Borg Al Watheer in Jizan. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and Happy Land. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food at reasonable prices. The internet speed was also commendable. Although the bathroom accessories were a bit old, the room itself was clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great amenities.

The hotel had a great breakfast variety, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me out when I needed it! One of my favorite things about this place was the amazing view from my room! I loved being able to look out over the city and feel like I was on top of the world!
